Kidz Space has a streamlined online enrollment system. Please choose your location on the home page and click the link to be redirected to the online enrollment form.   To ensure your child can begin Kidz Space at the start of the school year enrollment must be completed no later than August 20th.  We will notify you with a start date if registration is received after August 20th.  We make every effort to have your child begin as soon as possible but for your child’s safety we need to allow time to process the registration and notify all parties involved. There is a yearly registration fee of $65 per family.

Kidz Space follows the school’s calendar. We are open from 7:00 AM-5:00 PM

Yes, Kidz Space is open on scheduled half days but closes at 12:30 PM

We do not offer care during school breaks or holidays

Tuition is calculated based on a weekly basis. Tuition is due the first day your child attends each week. Please note that if payments aren’t paid on time there is a $15 late fee that will be assessed each week until tuition is paid in full.

We accept cash, checks and credit cards on site.  Payments also may be made through our Child Pilot Parent app.

At Kidz Space, each location has an on-site Supervisor and an Assistant Supervisor to answer all of your program questions.  You may also call our Administrative office at 609-384-3881 or email us at [email protected]  if you have further questions.

We always do our very best to be as flexible as possible and accommodate all requests for schedule changes.  If you need to change your child’s schedule, contact/pickup or payment information, please click here and inform your child’s teacher of any schedule change.

Yes, we accept income based subsidies provided by BCAP,  Child Care Aware, and the Child Care Fee Assistance Program.  Parents are responsible for copayments and enrolling in the above stated programs.   For additional BCAP information click  BCAP Application

Yes, Our Helping Hands Program offers 10% discounts for siblings, members of law enforcement and military.  Please note only one discount is allowed per family and there are no discounts for “drop-in” days.

Statements and receipts can be located by logging onto your account at childpilot.com or through our Parent App.
