Kidz Space has a streamlined online enrollment system. Please choose your location on the home page and click the link to be redirected to the online enrollment form.   To ensure your child can begin Kidz Space at the start of the school year enrollment must be completed no later than August 20th.  We will notify you with a start date if registration is received after August 20th.  We make every effort to have your child begin as soon as possible but for your child’s safety we need to allow time to process the registration and notify all parties involved. There is a yearly registration fee of $65 per family.

Kidz Space follows the school’s calendar.  Our morning program begins at 7 AM and ends at the start of the school day.  Our afternoon program begins at the end of the school day and ends at 6 PM.

When the school has scheduled half days our program starts at the end of the school day and ends at 6 PM.

Because school facilities are closed for breaks and holidays, we are unable to offer care during those times. Kidz Space is partnered with  XL Sports World, in Mt. Laurel, if care is needed and they do offer a discount to Kidz Space families.  Their phone number is (856) 273-2828.

Tuition is calculated based on a yearly tuition divided equally over 10 months.

Tuition is due the 20th of the prior month (ex. October’s tuition is due no later than September 20th).  Please note that if payments aren’t paid by the 20th of each month a $15 late fee will be assessed on the 21st and each week after until tuition is paid in full.

We accept cash, checks and credit cards on site.

For your convenience, you can also enroll and make automatic payments, using  your bank account or credit card through Tuition Express.  Tuition Express allows us to process tuition payments safely, quickly and efficiently.  Once enrolled your monthly tuition payment will be processed on the 20th of each preceding month (ex. October’s tuition will be withdrawn on September 20th).  A link for the Tuition Express form can be found here.  If you need to make additional changes to your account or schedule you can do so in the Parent Resources section of the website under Parents/Form Information. 

Also, if you prefer to make tuition payments online using a credit card you can do so by registering at  a)choose the Pay button, b) fill in your credit card information and amount you want to pay, c) choose whether you want your credit card information saved and, d) select Pay now.  When registering you will need to use the email you provided us when you registered your child.

We always do our very best to be as flexible as possible and accommodate all requests for schedule changes.  If you need to change your child’s schedule, please click here and email our office at [email protected] and inform your child’s teacher as well.

Yes, we accept income based subsidies provided by BCAP,  Child Care Aware, and the Child Care Fee Assistance Program.  Parents are responsible for copayments and enrolling in the above stated programs.   For additional BCAP information click BCAP Application

Yes, Our Helping Hands Program offers 10% discounts for siblings, teachers, members of law enforcement and military.  Please note only one discount is allowed per family and there are no discounts for “drop-in” days.

Statements and receipts can be located by logging onto your account at  You will need to use the same email address you provided when enrolling your child(ren).

We currently offer summer camps at the Hainesport Township School and the B. Bernice Young School in Burlington Township. Start and end dates vary by site and run from 7 AM to 6 PM, Monday – Fridays (we are closed on July 4th).  Registration, tuition rates and an activities calendar will be available by the end of February.  Camp registration is also completed through our online enrollment system.
